Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to join the waitlist or participate in any early access challenge previews. By joining, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Waitlist Participation

• Submitting your email through the waitlist form records your interest in Motiw8 and subscribes you to product updates.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Duplicate or fraudulent submissions may be removed.
• You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails or by contacting support@motiw8.com.

3. Promotional Rewards

• The first 50 confirmed waitlist subscribers randomly selected at launch will receive a free 12-month Premium membership (approximate value €49). This reward is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
• All other verified early subscribers will receive a 0% participation fee on their first challenge completed within 60 days of the public launch.
• We reserve the right to verify eligibility, request proof of identity, and refuse or revoke rewards in cases of fraud, abuse, or non-compliance with these Terms.

4. Early Access & Challenge Previews

• Any pre-release features, beta builds, or challenge previews are provided for testing and feedback only.
• Rules, stake amounts, payouts, and verification requirements are subject to change prior to public release.
• We may suspend or terminate previews at any time without notice.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with other participants.
• Any attempt to manipulate challenge outcomes, submit falsified data, or harass other community members is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or remove participants who violate acceptable use expectations.

6. Health & Safety Notice

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any weight loss or fitness programme. Participation in Motiw8 challenges is voluntary and at your own risk. We do not provide medical advice and are not responsible for any health outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

The Motiw8 name, brand elements, and pre-release materials are owned by Motyvacijos Transformacija MB. You may not reproduce or distribute these materials without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motiw8 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the waitlist, previews, or promotional rewards. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms will not exceed €50.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect new features, legal requirements, or operational changes. Material updates will be communicated via email or prominently on this page. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
